I'm serious. I'm back. No more hiatus. No more nothing. I need to get back into the arting game and I will bring myself back. Thank you all who are still with me. I'm going to get on posting that new art now.

Hey guys! Nice to see you. Sorry I've been away for so long! I got rather busy with social/family things and school, but I'm here to stay! I got an early Christmas present in a kickass laptop that can actually be on here for more than thirty minutes at a time and run photoshop for more than an hour, so it's guaranteed that I'm going to be more active.

My spring semester was hectic and this one's been a bit easier to take. Somehow I think I became my 2d-design Prof's favorite. owo I'm still not quite sure how it happened but I guess it's a good thing. I've been working on and off on a novel that I've actually stuck with. I might upload some stuff here about it if I do more than just tiny sketchbook doodles. It's almost the end of this semester and winter break is coming so I should have more time to work on fun stuff than just projects for classes. Depending on how much digital work I wind up doing for my classes I might upload some of it here too!

Anyway, thanks for staying with me for so long! I really appreciate it. I'm going to start getting everything updated now. See you on the flip side!

Okay, so I'm pretty much set that I'm going to have an art career (given so many people have given me encouragement and pointed me in good directions and said I have such a bright future) in the future. I've got a ways to go to get there, though. So what I'm going to do now is open up requests/trades! I'll have ten slots available, maybe more if this gets to be in popular demand. Feel free to request more than one thing! Keep me arting!

My only rule is this: I'm going to keep it PG-13 (so not incredibly explicit in any direction).

I will draw fanart or original characters or a mix of both. Basically anything you want as long as it adheres to the rule above. I will warn you that I'm inexperienced with animals/mythical creatures/backgrounds, but totally will draw them. Just ask about the creatures. Backgrounds are definitely happening, though. In everything.

Just supply a reference or description if you want me to draw an OC. And don't be afraid to tell me details (like the mood you want or if there's a specific pose you want or what kind of colors you'd like me to use or anything else!), just tell me what you'd like and I'll do my best to deliver.

Hi guys. I'm back. owo I know it's been a while. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to disappear like that. College, you know? Luckily, I actually have time now and will definitely get back up on the arting horse, or rather the posting horse since I had a wonderful comics class this past semester and learned a heck of a lot. Anyway, I have a couple old pictures on my hard drive and will get to posting those so my gallery doesn't look SO dated.

I just had finals and then came back from a two week adventure to Disney World. It was kind of a vacation, due to there being a little bit of relaxing at the end of it, but it was mostly an adventure because I ran around the parks with my parents like a mad woman. It was worth it, though. It was pretty fun. I found out about some cool internship programs Disney and Pixar do and might have to seriously think about those when I have the proper experience/classes under my belt.

I broke down and got a tumblr account which I want to start posting things on (freckledkairi.tumblr.com). You'll probably have a better shot at messaging me there if I'm not here. I also got an Archive of Our Own account - archiveofourown.org/users/Awak… where I post my occasional fanfiction fart. With the influx of headcannons I've been accumulating, there had to be some form of release. So check them out if you'd like.

Anyway, I'm alive and actually having a pretty good time. I'll be arting more and posting more hopefully. I hope that everyone's doing well!

FINALS ARE OVER!! WOO! *throws hands up in the air* So I'm totally free and clear until January 20th. After that, Spring Semester starts up. But there are things to look forward to, given Japanese 102 and Comics. In the interim, I'm going to put up an offer to everyone. My Christmas present to everyone is this - I'm opening up requests.
